EggHolic Opens in Pineville
CHARLOTTE NC—EggHolic has opened at 605 N. Polk Street (Suite G) in Pineville. EggHolic specializes in made-to-order egg dishes commonly served at Indian street carts, or “lahris.” The restaurant features eggs cooked in various forms, including with traditional Indian sauces, a variety of sandwiches, rice dishes, and chaat. EggHolic also sells chicken and rice dishes, chicken grill sandwiches, and wraps.
According to EggHolic's web site, all food is cooked to order onsite with fresh ingredients. The Pineville location shares a building with the venerable Hatoya Mart Japanese Food Grocery, as well as Lola Ceviche & Peruvian Tapas. This is the first North Carolina location for the Illinois-based chain.
