Charlotte’s Visual Arts Scene Is Thriving

Charlotte may not generally be recognized as a center for Asian American arts, but the area boasts a wealth of talent. Here is a guide to some of the artists of Asian heritage who are making their name in the art world right here in the Queen City. The artists here represent many cultures and various artistic styles. Text and images are taken from the artists’ web sites. If you are listed here and would like to be removed, or if you are a local Asian American visual artist who is not listed and would like to be, please contact us at editor(at)asiacarolinas.org.
