Pooja Roy is a fine artist, who enjoys painting with acrylics and oils. Having grown up in various parts of the world, she has had the opportunity to experience a wide variety of cultures, lifestyles and soak up the uniqueness and beauty of each of her surroundings. This has stemmed her appreciation for art, capturing every detailed human connection to land, nature and its elements that unite us.
After years of practicing art as a hobby, Pooja decided to turn her passion into a career in 2019, so she could share her talent with the world. She started selling her paintings online through Etsy, Instagram and Facebook and also through local shops and galleries all throughout North Carolina.
Living in the Carolinas provides her daily inspiration from the breathtaking views of the Lake Norman, the fascinating flora and fauna, and the beautiful mountains and beaches. She takes great pleasure in exploring a mixture of colors and textures and creating an impressionistic representation of the beauty encompassing us.
