Edelweiss Vogel is an artist from the Philippines who moved to the U.S. at the age of 18.  Her artistic journey has been marked by a profound connection to her craft and a commitment to sustainability. Through her unique Avant-Garde dresses, she not only showcases her remarkable talent but also promotes environmental consciousness by utilizing recycled materials collected by her family and community. Vogel has captivated audiences worldwide, presenting her creations at renowned fashion events like Paris Fashion Week.

Vogel's artistic exploration knows no bounds. She embraces into a multitude of mediums, including drawing, weaving, sculpture, and garment-making. Her versatility extends to the classroom, where she applies her expertise as a visual art teacher at The Brawley IB World School. Recognizing the importance of cultural diversity, Vogel integrates various backgrounds into her lesson content, firmly believing that profound learning experiences are often found in embracing new cultures.

Vogel's artistic contributions can also be admired in the surroundings of Charlotte, where her vibrant mural at the Bank of America Headquarters creates an engaging and cheerful atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.
